Eye's vision is to develop a world-class squash brand with sharp, original designs, based on straightforward racquet improvements that really streamline performance and produce results.

How are Eye racquets different?

Barry den Nijs, a Dutch designer from the company 'Burning Throat' is responsible for Eye's products. "Research shows there is no racquet brand which uses the 3D aspect of racquets. Barry created racquets with a front, back , and side view which is unique. Barry has been working mainly for skate and snowboard brands and is pretty sure squash players will love this style!

No heavy bumper strip
Research shows that bumper strips guarding racquet heads do NOT protect against breakage in 96% of all cases. Research also shows that the top SIDES of the racquet head, between 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock, are the most vulnerable areas to break. This area is not protected by the bumper strip. bumper strips can account for up to 16% of the frame's weight! The v.Lite series is also more aerodynamic, since the top of the racquet head is less thick without the bumper strip. This will make your swing even better.

Paint technology

Research also shows that the paint used on racquets can increase the weight of the frame by up to 5%. Eye has developed a simple solution for this that they call Paint Technology. This minimizes the amount of paint on each racquet without detracting from its innovative, unique look.
